For the Bending Department in Grimbergen, we are looking for a CNC Operator for milling machines.

Our Bending Department has 3 modern, state-of-the-art CNC-controlled milling machines for adding weld edges to pipes and elbow pieces.

Your job as a CNC Operator at Equans?

• you set up, program, adjust, and operate the CNC milling machines independently (type: TOS Varnsdorf – Heidenhain control)
• you ensure the production process runs optimally
• you determine the correct approach and processing of various products and materials
• you handle first-line maintenance of the machine(s) and are involved in correcting and marking the bends

What do you need?

• an A2 diploma; or equivalent through experience
• experience in the metal sector (a significant plus)
• ability to work accurately and with dedication
• willingness to pitch in task-wise where needed
• willingness to work in a 2-shift system, which may be temporarily adjusted to a 3-shift system depending on staffing levels
