What do you need?

  • IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
  • organisational skills
  • structured, analytical & solution-oriented attitude
  • team player with the necessary independence
  • customer-oriented with an eye for detail
  • strong communication skills in Dutch - with good knowledge of French

The job?

  • administrative support for (technical, logistics,…) projects
  • prepare and process documents (planning, quotations, orders, invoices, performances,...)
  • monitoring and optimizing procedures/files
  • contact with customers, suppliers, subcontractors
