Job Description

We are looking for a Project Industrialisation Manager for Brussels, who will lead the roll out of one of the axes of the Equans “Project Management to Perform” project. Our target is to guarantee a top-notch preparation of the execution of our projects to achieve best in class efficiency.

As Project Industrialization Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our teams in streamlining project preparation, optimizing logistics and organization, and implementing industrial methodologies within our construction sites.

 

Details of the job:

  • analysis of the bids portfolio and identification of projects to support
  • analysis of the execution requirements of the projects
  • collaborate with project teams to enhance project preparation, focusing on improving logistics, organization, and efficiency
  • develop and implement standardized processes and methodologies to drive industrialization within construction sites, including prefabrication and standardization techniques whenever possible
  • analyze current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to optimize construction processes
  • provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing industrial practices
  • conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • collaborate with various stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and contractors, to align strategies and ensure seamless project execution
  • stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements related to industrialization in construction, and recommend appropriate tools and techniques

 

What do you need to be successful in this function?

  • you have a bachelor’s or master’s degree; or equal by experience
  • you have at least 10 years of relevant professional experiences in industrialization and process improvement within the industry
  • good knowledge of multitechnical (mechanical, electrical and HVAC) constructions activities
  • excellent project management abilities, including planning, organizing, and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously
  • you are able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • you have strong ethics and interpersonal skills
  • you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
  • can-do attitude (hands-on), convincing
  • you have good communication skills, the ability to liaise with a wide variety of people and build & establish cooperative working relationships
  • ability to plan, organize and prioritize, including coordinating with others
  • you are proactive, take initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility
  • flexibility in workhours and -place, with a minimum presence at the headquarters of Equans Belux
  • willingness to travel when needed
  • you are fluent in Dutch, French and English (or fluent in Dutch or French and in English)
