Equans is currently looking for a Process Implementation Officer in Brussel to support business development and implementation of projects in line with EQUANS’ Energy Transition strategy to minimize the carbon footprint of its customers.

 
Your responsibilities

• design and implement project processes and governance procedures to efficiently manage the current and coming contracts, starting with Heat and Cold delivery projects (ao HaaS/CaaS)
• ensure compliance with all corporate policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, among which the regional legislations concerning heat networks
• implement and manage the invoicing platform and all related processes contracted by Equans as SaaS
• operationally manage contracts made by the Business Developers with subcontractors and / or suppliers: check the invoices, reconduct contracts,…
• design, implement and manage efficiently different recurrent activities linked to HaaS projects like the obtention and invoicing of Green Certificates, subsidies, electricity injection sale,…

What do you need?

• bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Office Management or similar

• at least 2 years of experience in the field of process management and implementation, with an experience on their operationalization
• demonstrated ability to analyze and understand complex processes, methodologies, and tools

• excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvement initiative
• excellent oral and written communication skills towards various stakeholders
• self-driven and autonomous worker with strong business ethics
• ability to work in a multicultural/multilingual environment
• good analytical skills
• excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize objectives and tasks
• fluency in Dutch and French, English is a plus
