The job?

  • manage and develop sales pipeline from A to Z
  • identify, assess and negotiate project opportunities
  • suggest and challenge technical designs in close interaction with realization teams, tendering team, engineering offices and other consultants
  • run financial business models and offers
  • prepare and present commercial offers, lead commercial negotiations
  • share and learn: lead the development of new business models and solutions by building on the expertise of various departments and external partners
  • implement the new solutions and standardize them for deployment
  • build a strong cooperation with the operational managers & teams in order to achieve the P&L objectives together as a team 

What do you need?

  • university degree in engineering or commercial degree with a good technical understanding
  • at least 3 years of experience in the field of business development, sales and commercial developments
  • proven track record of successful project management (planning, managing processes,…) and ability to coordinate different stakeholders
  • proven track record of closing transactions is a strong asset
  • genuine curiosity and interest in E-Mobility, sustainability and energy transition
  • “let’s do it!” mentality, with strong positive attitude
  • passion about customers – how to delight them, how to help them
  • commercial drive to make $ today and more $$ tomorrow
  • excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize objectives and tasks
  • fluency in English, Dutch and French
