As a Strategic Marketeer at Equans, you will play a key role in refining our marketing approach, bridging strategy and communication to enhance our market positioning. Based in Brussels, you’ll collaborate with Marcom specialists and the Market Insight Manager to turn data into actionable strategies, elevating Equans' reputation as a leader in the industry.

Are you ready to take the reins of our Marketing process and drive impactful strategies ?

• conducting desk research to filter and analyze strategic information within the company and the Group
• acting as a link between the Strategy & Business Development team and Marketing
• engaging with colleagues across the business to gain insight into their history, vision, products, financial goals, and future outlook
• mapping the global market landscape for Equans solutions, identifying key competitors and their differentiators
• segmenting customer profiles and personas through desk research and customer interviews
• performing SWOT analyses to guide strategic decision-making
• defining Equans’ value proposition and positioning pyramid
• crafting compelling messaging that transforms our unique selling propositions (USPs) into impactful content
• briefing the Marcom team to develop a clear connection plan with defined deliverables, touchpoints, and creative elements
• defining key performance indicators (KPIs) across the entire conversion funnel, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Lead

Are we a match? Bring along:

• a master’s degree in marketing or a related field, with relevant experience demonstrating your expertise
• at least 10 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within a large group or corporate environment
• a passion for customer insights and crafting impactful narratives
• a collaborative & creative mindset, enjoying teamwork with managers and technical experts
• your strategic mindset who aligns marketing efforts with business objectives
• your desire to solve problems creatively, building strong customer relationships through innovative approaches
• your fluency in Dutch, French, and English
