Based in Brussels, Equans is a young brand launched in 2021, backed by over 70 years of experience in multi-technical installations and maintenance services. Within the Marketing & Communication team, we develop a clear marketing and communication strategy to position Equans in the B2B market.

To align with the commercial strategy and priorities for each customer segment, a tailored marketing communication plan needs to be prepared and executed. We are looking for an enthusiastic MarComm specialist ready to take on this challenge with our team.

As a Marketing Communication Specialist, you bring our story to life:

• map out a marketing communication plan based on Equans Belux’s global strategy and the specific strategies of various customer segments
• develop the necessary materials to ensure effective and impactful communication with customers and prospects: presentations, brochures, web pages, mailings…
• define the KPIs to track the impact and return on marketing actions
• organize customer events together with the Event Manager to promote our products and services
• to achieve this:
  • build an internal network by listening to operational teams, aligning their needs with company priorities, and proposing concrete communication actions
  • collaborate closely with external partners and colleagues from different teams: internal communication, content, press, digital, and events

• 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing/communication
• experience in a B2B context is a plus
• strong writing skills
• hands-on and project-driven approach

• creative and out-of-the-box mindset
• good command of Dutch and French
