In order to accelerate growth and reinforce the Technical Operations, we are looking for a Process & Reliability Engineer. This role is based in Hoboken.

The Head of Process & Reliability Engineering Operations and Continuous Improvement plays a key role in the development of our technical positioning and development. You are a skilled professional with a strong and broad knowledge of industrial processes and technical-commercial capabilities. This role leads the development of reliability engineering and custom solutions adapted to customer processes.

More specific, you are in charge of the following activities:

• develop reliability engineering capability within the division with a special focus on rotating equipment and fluid processing solutions
• lead the development of a reliability engineering business
• manage complex fluid processing skids projects
• identify high added value application and trigger opportunities
• act as a change agent, coaching, mentoring and influencing at all levels
• develop, train and mentor employees to foster a strong culture of cross-functional solutions development

In this function you report to the Industrial Projects Department Manager.

What do you need?

• degree in business management, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial processes and/or reliability engineering and/or electromechanical service
• ability to build commercial proposals
• excellent coaching capabilities
• keen to challenge the status-quo and to continuously improve
• open to travel in Belgium
• fluency in Dutch and basic knowledge of French & English
