Your impact on the energy transition

You ensure the smooth coordination and follow-up of renewable energy projects with a strong HVAC dimension, by:

• collaborating with colleagues and the Business Development team to develop projects focused on HVAC-based renewable technologies (e.g. heat pumps, heat recovery, natural refrigerants, etc.)
• organizing and coordinating design and execution budgets
• managing project sites (especially HVAC lots) from initiation to final delivery: launching the site, monitoring various contractors, holding site meetings, tracking schedules, and assisting clients with preliminary and final acceptance
• overseeing multiple HVAC-related projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines are met
• supporting the commercial process by preparing proposals, especially for HVAC scopes
• handling financial management and budget control for ongoing projects

Could this be you?

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in energy, electromechanics, or equivalent through experience
• background in technical fields such as heat pumps, cogeneration, district heating, or building energy upgrades
• strong project management skills, including client relations, internal and external coordination, budget management, and stress resilience
• keen interest in energy efficiency and renewable technologies, with the ability to assess HVAC technical solutions in this context
• good command of Microsoft Office and planning tools
