What if your coordination skills could keep high-pressure projects running like clockwork — even when they’re running 24/7?
As Site Coordinator specialized in industrial boilers, you’ll be the one making it all happen on the ground. From boiler shutdowns to urgent interventions, you’ll be where it counts most: on site, making sure people, planning and safety come together.
Your work location: you’ll travel to industrial sites across Belgium and work on projects that range from one day to three months — always intense, always impactful.
Your Equans base: our site Ans (Liège)
Be the backbone of every boiler project
With you on site, everything’s under control. You manage the preparation, execution and completion of our industrial boiler works, and make sure nothing gets overlooked — not even at 3AM.
Site coordination
- following the project execution plan and keeping everything aligned
- preparing the site setup (tools, scaffolding, base camp, etc.)
- managing skilled workers and ensuring optimal team coordination
- taking care of on-site admin: check-in-at-work, hour registration, tool & equipment tracking, work permits

- enforcing health & safety measures (toolbox talks, LMRA, work permits, etc.)
- supervising quality control on-site
- monitoring materials, hours, and tool usage
- reporting on the project and participating in review meetings
- closing the project properly and contributing to lessons learned
Handling urgent interventions
- you’ll be the one to step in when things go wrong — like during tube ruptures. About 10–15 weeks per year, you’ll organise urgent interventions by quickly mobilising people, tools, and logistics to get things back up and running
Dispatching & logistics
- ensuring availability and delivery of tools, PPE, and consumables on-site
- organising transportation for skilled workers to and from the site
What you bring to the job
- experience in mechanical high pressure (boiler) construction projects
- experience leading a team of blue collars (people manager)
- familiarity with welding pressure parts (and the EN 12952 standard)
- the knowledge of
- VCA principles (safety-first mindset)
- EN and ASME standards
- WPS and QC file compilation
- TIG and electrode welding

- proficiency in English and/or Dutch is a significant advantage.
