Your work location: our Equans-site in Brussels

As our HR Data Analyst, you will:

• translate business needs into clear analysis and reporting actions
• collaborate closely with analysts with different expertise within HR
• work in an agile team
• act as the bridge between business and the developers
• collect, clean and prepare data from multiple sources (databases, systems...)
• prototype Power BI reports
• evaluate results and help steer improvements
• document processes, solutions and user guides
• support the business during testing phases and guide them through test scenarios

What you bring to the table

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis,
• 2+ years of experience working in agile teams
• hands-on knowledge of Power BI and MS Office
• experience with Azure DevOps, MS Visio, DAX or SAP BI is a plus
• strong communication & social skills and a proactive mindset
• analytical, independent and focused on solutions
• customer-oriented and eager to keep learning
• fluent in Dutch, French and English
